The Commercial Vice President is responsible for leading and driving the overall revenue growth and commercial strategy of the Group across all markets. This role provides strategic leadership to the sales function while also overseeing key operational activities to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and execution capabilities. You will lead high-performing sales teams, develop market expansion strategies, and ensure operational excellence across the Group to deliver sustainable business growth. Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the Group’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targetsLead, mentor, and manage regional and country sales teams to drive performance and accountabilityIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansionEstablish and monitor sales KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersRevenue Growth & Business DevelopmentDrive large-scale deals, strategic accounts, and key customer engagementsOversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial frameworksCollaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with market demandMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategiesOperations OversightOversee operational functions to ensure efficient delivery of products and servicesAlign sales commitments with operational capacity and resource planningDrive process improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiencyEnsure cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and all services functionsImplement performance metrics and governance frameworks for operational excellenceSales Performance ManagementOwn Group sales budget, revenue forecasts, and cost managementTrack and report performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior leadership and the BoardEnsure effective use of resources to maximise ROI and operational leverageGovernance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesSupport risk management initiatives related to commercial and operational activities Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)More than 18 years of extensive sales experience, complemented by proven leadership exposure, ideally in a regional or group capacityFluent in English and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement across diverse stakeholdersProven track record in driving revenue growth and managing diverse teams, spanning across multiple regionsStrong experience in both sales’ strategy and operational managementExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executionStrategic thinking and executionLeadership and team developmentCommercial and financial acumenOperational excellenceStakeholder and relationship managementResults-driven with strong accountability
