About the role

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a high-performing, globally established organization at the intersection of technology and finance to hire a Campus Recruiter. This role will focus on driving early talent acquisition strategies across top universities, managing the full campus recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with academic institutions. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with international stakeholders to attract and engage high-potential talent in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Lead and execute campus recruitment strategies across universities in the APAC region
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with career services, faculty, and student communities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Organize and represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment plans accordingly
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process

Key skills required

• 2 - 5 years of experience in campus recruitment or early careers hiring
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (technology or financial services exposure is advantageous)
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and timelines effectively
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment performance
