Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, articulate and service-driven Call Centre Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering seamless and personalized assistance to guests through phone, email, and messaging platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping exceptional guest journeys by serving as the Resort’s central communication ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional responses to all incoming guest enquiries.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on Resort facilities, services, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate guest requests including in-room services, amenities, dining reservations, wake-up calls, and special arrangements.
  • Proactively follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise closely with hotel and non-hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Escalate service recovery cases appropriately while maintaining guest confidence.
  • Accurately document guest interactions, requests, and follow-ups in the relevant systems.
  • Uphold the Resort’s brand standards in tone, presentation, and communication at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a Call Centre or Command Centre environment.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with systems such as OPERA, Knowcross, PABX, Wake-up Call System is an advantage.
