Our client is a global gaming company expanding its products across international markets, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and business optimization. They are looking for a Legal & Compliance Manager to support their overseas business expansion.

What You'll Do

Conduct compliance research for products distributed across global markets, identifying regulatory risks and business optimization opportunities Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments across international markets relevant to product distribution Produce clear compliance analysis reports and market intelligence summaries for internal stakeholders Review and negotiate contracts for cross-border business activities Verify product compliance across different market jurisdictions Deliver legal training and guidance to internal business teams Liaise with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions to manage cross-border legal matters

Core Key Skills

Solid understanding of internet/tech industry legal and regulatory frameworks Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into clear business recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills Self-driven, comfortable owning work end-to-end in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Full professional fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) — required for liaising with regional stakeholders and counsel

Nice to Have

Prior in-house experience at a gaming, tech, or internet platform company Experience working with external counsel across multiple international jurisdictions
