Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Role Purpose

Contribute to Cordlife’s growth by supporting integrated marketing initiatives across Singapore and Asia, balancing broad‑based brand and communications work with performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing initiatives, tailoring messaging to local contexts and regulations.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social, search, and programmatic channels; enhance performance through analytics and automation tools.
• Performance Marketing: Execute SEM, SEO, and paid media campaigns; optimize lead generation and conversions.
• Tracking & Attribution: Implement Google Tag Manager, dashboards, and attribution models to monitor campaign effectiveness across the buying journey.
• Content Integrity: Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in all marketing materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent and credible communications.
• PR & Communications: Support public relations initiatives, corporate communications, and reporting.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to educational initiatives such as webinars and professional events.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in regulated-industry marketing, healthcare or science‑based industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).
• Hands‑on experience in SEM, SEO, Google Tag Manager, analytics dashboards, and attribution modelling.
• Exposure to AI marketing tools (predictive analytics, personalization engines, chatbots) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with scientific terminology, compliance requirements, and professional engagement practices.
