-- Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus -- A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. -- 5.5 days / Central Site -- Attractive welfare benefits -- Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities -- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as-built models. -- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution -- Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure project alignment and efficiency. -- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements. -- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with required Level of Development (LOD) standards -- Ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements, including Building and Construction Authority (BCA), HDB BIM requirements, and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) standards. -- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and model integration. -- Support site construction activities using BIM information and model coordination. -- Maintain proper document control systems and ensure accurate project documentation management.
