We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to join our team for a minimum of three months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the venture capital ecosystem, working alongside experienced investors, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals. You will contribute to meaningful projects that strengthen TNB Aura's brand while supporting our portfolio companies and engagement across Southeast Asia.

At TNB Aura, interns are treated as valued members of the team and are given ownership of real projects with mentorship and guidance throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand

  • Support the execution of TNB Aura's marketing and branding initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Assist in developing engaging content for social media, newsletters, website articles, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing materials.
  • Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns while tracking campaign performance through marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including designers, agencies, and content creators, to deliver marketing projects.

Events & Partnerships

  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, networking sessions, conferences, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, research, communications, and on-site execution.
  • Research potential strategic partnerships, startup communities, accelerators, universities, and ecosystem partners across Southeast Asia.
  • Help build and maintain relationships within the regional innovation and venture capital ecosystem.

Performance Marketing

  • Conduct research on industry trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging sectors to support marketing and investment initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, marketing collateral, and reports for leadership, investors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline at a reputable university.
  • Strong interest in venture capital, startups, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing analytics is advantageous.
  • Experience using design or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
