The OpportunityYou’ll design and deliver consulting engagements across our full agenda: Leadership, Talent, Organisation, and HR. You’ll facilitate executive learning experiences, advise senior clients, and turn insight into action.
Depending on your experience, you’ll join at Senior or Principal Consultant level — with a clear path to greater ownership, larger client relationships, and a leading role in the practice as you grow.
What You’ll Do• Contribute to and increasingly lead client engagements — from diagnosis to solution design and delivery across Leadership, Talent, Organisation, and HR.
• Facilitate leadership programmes and executive workshops for mid- to senior-level leaders, in English and Mandarin.
• Design high-quality deliverables, presentations, and leadership development experiences.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to and grow our business development — proposals, thought leadership, and new opportunities.
What You Bring• Relevant experience across leadership, talent, organisation, or HR consulting — or an in-house HR/OD role with consulting exposure. (We’re open to a range of experience levels.)
• Proven, high-calibre facilitation skills — you already deliver exceptional executive workshops and can command a room of senior stakeholders from day one.
• Genuine business development capability — a real interest and track record in developing client relationships, which we’ll support you to grow.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Regional experience across Asia and strong cross-cultural fluency.
• A relevant degree, or equivalent depth of experience.
