Administrative Business Partner, Cloud
QualificationMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience in an administrative role for executive management, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, and minuting meetings.
- Ability to adhere confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across people and job functions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a community.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events.
- Execute expense and budget management activities.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs; manage requests for space accommodations; liaise with internal partners to construct and plan space allocation; may facilitate office moves.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
