We have been partnering with TikTok for years, across both domestic and international operations. We are now recruiting an EHS Specialist based in Singapore to deliver full-spectrum Environment, Health and Safety support for TikTok’s local regional sites. This role will work closely with the TikTok EHS Manager to oversee daily EHS operations, ensure full compliance with corporate EHS standards and Singapore local workplace regulatory requirements, lead incident management, site inspections, safety training and cross-functional EHS initiatives, while partnering with internal stakeholders to build a safe, healthy and compliant workplace environment
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Regional TikTok EHS Manager with day-to-day EHS operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Engineering, Occupational Safety or related disciplines.
Solid working knowledge of Singapore MOM WSH regulations, NEA environmental requirements, general office & construction safety standards.
Minimum 2 years of relevant EHS working experience.
Self-motivated, capable of independent work and driving EHS improvement outcomes.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills for multi-stakeholder engagement.
Able to influence internal stakeholders and build long-term cross-departmental
relationships.
Advanced computer literacy; able to compile high-quality EHS reports, risk assessment documents and audit records.
Flexible working schedule to accommodate business operational demands.
Candidates willing to take regional & international business travel will be prioritized.
