Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of advertiser or agency accounts, driving retention, growth, and long-term value through campaign success.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and increased budget allocation based on performance and new capabilities.
• Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring a high-quality experience for advertisers or agencies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers, sharing insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to address campaign issues and improve performance.
• Proactively identify risks to retention or performance and implement mitigation strategies.
• Educate advertisers or agencies on new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and platform enhancements.
• Use data and insights to guide advertisers or agencies toward best practices in AI-driven advertising.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, tracking account health, opportunities, and engagement.
• Partner with Customer Acquisition Representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign launch.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to improve product and go-to-market strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the platform as a strategic advertising partner.
• Meet or exceed revenue retention and growth targets within assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROAS).
• Experience managing and growing advertiser budgets across digital channels. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven advertising or emerging ad formats is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems required.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts in parallel.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client success.
• Ability to operate in a fast-evolving, innovative product environment.
