As a Project Manager within the Partner Ecosystems team, you will lead partner enablement and onboarding initiatives across all Apple product lines for Device Enrollment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage channel partners through the integration process by educating their project teams on the business, technical, accounting, and legal requirements of the program.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to establish integration timelines and manage expectations with future partners.
  • Conduct onsite workshops with select partners to facilitate discussions around implementing the program into their business, understanding their strategy, systems, and impacted processes.
  • Provide consultation on scalable system and process design to maximize efficiency, improve the customer experience, and minimize manual processes.
  • Interface between partner technical teams and Apple Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) teams to provide project management support, guide them through engagement and testing, and assist with go‑live issues.
  • Drive internal schedules with cross‑functional partners by providing regular project status updates, communicating regional issues, and collaborating on worldwide system and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement of the customer experience with an understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Results‑oriented mindset, willing to perform tasks required to complete a project.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast‑paced environment, managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Aptitude for managing expectations with various groups, including resellers, carriers, and internal cross‑functional partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web services, FTP, and web portals.
  • Project management background with a focus on enterprise tools or systems.
  • Experience in at least two of: B2B API Integration (JSON), B2B or B2C sales and account management, sales operations and process management, or business process re‑engineering.
  • Proficiency with macOS and productivity applications, including Keynote, Pages, FileMaker, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with subscription services and invoicing.
  • Experience writing technical and program documentation.
  • Track record of presenting technical and business requirements to cross‑functional teams and senior management.
  • Ability to resolve complex integration issues and operational escalations and manage multiple concurrent projects with strict attention to detail.

Some travel may be required.
