Full‑time on‑site position with opportunities for career growth.
ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical analysis for product release, project and validation testing. Ensure compliance with written procedures.
Act as trainer for subject‑matter experts and train new lab staff. Assess training effectiveness for junior technicians.
Supervise junior technicians during testing, including equipment troubleshooting, failure handling and investigations.
Support lab consumables purchasing, inventory, and expenditure control.
Assist in investigating chemical analysis failures (excluding the Singapore site).
Conduct or review internal calibrations and maintain a calibration master list. Verify tagging status and certificates of analysis for product release.
Verify test results from QA Lab Junior Technician / QA Lab Technician. Provide troubleshooting for equipment breakdown or malfunction.
Ensure the chemical mixing process follows written procedures.
Support routine in‑house test requests such as chemical extraction tests when required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by a superior.
QualificationsMinimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related discipline.
Ability to work independently and willingness to perform overtime to support manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Good communication and writing skills. Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
