Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts for an overseas subsidiary, including AP, AR, and month-end activities.
• Process vendor invoices and employee claims, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations; resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
• Prepare payments per cycle or ad-hoc requests and raise AR invoices promptly.
• Monitor cash flow, update daily cashbook, and prepare cash utilization reports for submission to Group.
• Conduct month-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and GRIR follow-ups.
• Prepare audit schedules, quarterly VAT reports, and assist with annual audits.
• Register vendors and customers in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as responding to VAT queries or processing fund transfers for SG entities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Polytechnic diploma or relevant professional qualification (LCCI / ACCA foundation level or above).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with internal and overseas stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and patient.
