Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Professional to join our team.

  • Talent Development:
    • Design, Implement and Enhance Learning Programmes to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business success.
    • Identify Organisational Capability Needs and partner with senior leaders to develop targeted development initiatives.
    • Broaden leadership development frameworks to strengthen capabilities of people managers and facilitate succession planning.
    • Develop strategic career growth plans to support employee advancement.
  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, performance management, development priorities, and succession needs.
    • Lead performance management cycles and talent reviews to ensure organisational goals are met.
    • Support HR operations and projects, including payroll coordination and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
    • Develop data-driven HR dashboards and reports to inform strategic decision making.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Possess exceptional multitasking and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin language required.
