• Source and evaluate suppliers (Mainland China Suppliers) and subcontractors

• Maintain an approved vendor list

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions

• Build long-term supplier relationships & Track material deliveries to site

• Coordinate with factory to ensure timely supply

• Resolve delays, shortages, or damaged goods issues

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods

• Assist Director with Contract management

• Supply chain and logistics understanding

• Communication and coordination skills

• Well Spoken & Written in Mandarin & English

Candidate is responsible for:

• Procuring construction materials (Plywood, Hardware and ironmongery)
• Engaging services and subcontractors
• Managing supplier relationships and contracts
