JOB OVERVIEW:
The Regional Talent & Development Manager plays a critical role in shaping and strengthening the organization’s talent, leadership, and capability agenda across the region. This role partners closely with regional business and HR leaders to identify future workforce needs, drive talent strategies, and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that support long‑term organizational growth.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with HRBPs and leadership team to design and implement regional talent management strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps, manage workforce challenges, and future capability needs
Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to co‑identify, assess, and develop key talent across markets, ensuring alignment on development priorities and talent movement.
Support HRBPs and business leaders in crafting and embedding Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure targeted and meaningful development for key roles and high‑potential employees.
Develop, implement and maintain a clear and scalable career framework that are aligned to Group Talent strategy and supports career progression, capability building, and organizational growth across the region.
Design, evaluate and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and career growth
Manage and continuously improve leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives
Work closely with management and managers to ensure talent initiatives are embedded across the organization
Track effectiveness of programs, provide insights, and recommend improvements based on data
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in talent management and/or learning and development in financial institutions or similarly regulated environments.
Demonstrate a strong HR foundation with proven ability to collaborate closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to drive integrated talent and development initiatives across the region.
Experience in designing and implementing talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development programs
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across multiple jurisdiction – group HR, regional teams.
Excellent communication skills with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed regional environment.
