Join us as a Continuous Improvement Director / Envista Business System (EBS) Leader and play a pivotal role in driving transformation across our Commercial and Operations organizations in JAPAC. In this high-impact role, you will focus on accelerating continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening operational excellence, and embedding a high-performance culture across the region.
You will spend the majority of your time partnering with regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities, lead strategic initiatives, and deploy structured methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen to drive measurable business outcomes. At the same time, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping operational strategy and building long-term organizational capability.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across Operations (primary) and Commercial teams (secondary), delivering tangible performance improvements in productivity, cost, and customer experience. This includes coaching leaders and teams on Lean methodologies, facilitating Kaizen events and transformation workshops, and embedding structured problem-solving approaches across the organization.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize key initiatives, deploy appropriate tools, and drive sustainable improvements. A key aspect of the role is influencing senior leaders and navigating a global matrix environment to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
In addition, you will leverage data-driven insights to track performance, measure impact, and communicate progress effectively, while continuously strengthening the organization's capability in business systems and continuous improvement practices.
We're looking for someone who is:
A highly driven and results-oriented continuous improvement leader with a strong track record of delivering transformational outcomes.
An experienced professional with deep expertise in Lean, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving methodologies, ideally gained in operations or cross-functional environments.
A strong influencer who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and capable of driving alignment and results in a complex, matrixed organization.
Proactive, resilient, and highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
An excellent communicator with strong business acumen, able to translate insights into actionable strategies and inspire teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement.
