Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global investment management firm to appoint a Recruiter to join their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing regional talent acquisition team, supporting hiring across both technology and corporate functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management. The role will cover a broad range of positions across technology (e.g., engineering, data, infrastructure) as well as corporate functions (e.g., HR, finance, legal, and operations), with a focus on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and drive timely execution of recruitment processes. The role will also involve market mapping, talent pipelining, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business growth.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded recruiter with experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment firm, ideally covering financial services and/or technology sectors. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a solutions-oriented mindset will be key to success in this role.
