Job Description

• In charge of overall strategy and planning of our procurement process
• Monitor and control of purchasing and ordering of the provisions such as rice, spices, canned food from India and Southeast Asia Region
• Co‑ordinates and liaise with suppliers and wholesalers
• Develop and maintain our stocks and inventory control in the computer system
• Sales promotion and marketing
• Expand local market and maintain existing customers
• Supervise retail service staff

• Ready to work any shift
• Need to work long term
• Ready to work for Public holidays & Sunday
