What You Will Do - Support document verification, data validation, and operational follow-up activities. - Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and internal communications. - Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms, Excel trackers, and Google Sheets. - Prepare operational resources such as templates, reports, meeting notes, and checklists. - Organise and maintain digital filing systems with a high standard of accuracy and consistency. - Assist with day-to-day operational coordination to ensure workflows are completed efficiently and smoothly.
