Technical Support Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with software installations and configurations at client sites.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support under the guidance of the DevOps Executive.
  • Collect and log feedback from users during the implementation process.
  • Prepare system documentation and user guides.
  • Support remote and onsite technical setups.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of software installations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Enthstic about learning and improving systems.

Job Types: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $800.00 per month
