Brief Job Description

A highly analytical and purpose-driven team player who will contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Groups sustainability strategies. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyse ESG-related data, facilitate internal reporting and benchmarking, and ensure compliance with key sustainability frameworks. The role will also contribute operational and analytical support to the Group Sustainability team across key projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and validate ESG data from internal and external sources.

• Conduct regular sampling checks to ensure data accuracy.

• Analyze sustainability performance trends using Excel and Power BI.

• Support ESG reporting, including disclosures aligned with GRI, TCFD, ISSB.

• Track sustainability KPIs and support target setting and variance analysis.

• Conduct ESG benchmarking and prepare research briefs.

• Assist in internal sustainability communications, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Recommend improvements to ESG data workflows and help maintain internal assurance controls.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Sustainability, Environmental Management (with a focus on ESG or reporting), or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret ESG data and performance trends.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

• Clear and confident communicator, skilled in presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Digitally fluent and adaptable, with the ability to learn and apply new tools for data analysis, ESG reporting, and workflow automation

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Prior experience handling ESG or performance-related data

• Foundational understanding of ESG reporting principles and GHG emissions accounting

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, CDP, or SGX guidelines

• Demonstrated experience managing large datasets and working cross-functionally across departments or business units

• Candidates from adjacent fields (e.g., finance, compliance, operations, or data analysis) with strong data skills and a working knowledge of ESG reporting or GHG emissions are encouraged to apply.
