SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement training center strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans. Manage and oversee training budgets and expenses.
  • Operations Management: Manage and maintain training center facilities, equipment, and resources. Supervise training staff and instructors. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Training Delivery: Design and develop training materials and programs. Facilitate training sessions and workshops. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to training staff. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Manage and maintain training records and reports.

  • Organizing training schedules and materials.
  • Supervising all activities within the training center.
  • Managing and maintaining training center facilities and equipment.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Identifying training needs and gaps within the organization.
  • Collaborating with department heads and senior management.
  • Ensuring the training center is a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Managing student recruitment and marketing.
  • Improving customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Working with teacher/manager in training delivery teams.
  • Leading an effective resource planning team.
  • Developing continuous improvement plans.
