Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in BBQ chicken wing, as well as managing daily shopfront operations.

This is a demanding but rewarding role, best suited for someone who is passionate about the cooking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Early preparation
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality control, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage the shopfront, including inventory management, customer service, and staff coordination
• Train and supervise kitchen helper and shop staff
• Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and product quality
• Collaborate with the team on new product development and seasonal offerings
• Handle extended working hours, particularly during peak periods or special events

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BBQ and shopfront management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about the cooking
