SUPERVISOR
- Supervise personnel in the production of products consistent with quality and safety standards
- Ensure production schedule targets are achieved though coordination with relevant parties
- Monitor discipline of staff provide regular feedback to ensure staff is operating with compliance
- Perform regular checks and audits on production processes with regards to unusual occurrences, good housekeeping and work flow
- Promptly highlight and resolves issues or non-compliances
- Promptly complete and check required records and documentation in accordance to procedures
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft office
- Accept overtime
