Job Title:

Singapore-based: Japanese consulting firm

Analyst to Manager level

Job Description:
  1. Lead the organization including Business Development in Singapore while making the most of his/her experience as a strategy consultant.
  2. Delivery of each project (overseas expansion support, management strategy formulation and implementation support, sustainability strategy, new business creation, HR and organizational development, M&A, etc.).
  3. Business Development for innovation and new project creation.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in consulting firms for several years.
  2. Enjoys organizational and business changes at the start-up stage, not passive but self-driven to achieve high goals.
  3. Japanese: Business Level (N2 or equivalent) to communicate with Japanese clients efficiently.
Others:

Salary: Based on title and experience (SGD4,000-10,000+/month) + Bonus (based on performance and achievements).

Location: Singapore Office is in the city area, but remote work and overseas travel are available.
