SPA Therapist

A TCM Wellness Company seeks a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Reporting Function

This role reports directly to the Outlet Manager.

Job Description

  • Deliver consistent, professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies, including foot massage.
  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet.
  • Prepare necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Outlet Manager.
Requirements
  • Possession of an ITEC, WSQ certificate, or equivalent massage certification is preferable.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Commitment to a 6-day work week.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
