Job Position - Site Reliability Engineer

Experience - 6+ Years

Job Description -

• At least 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in project deployment, preferably in an IT banking environment or system integrator environment.
• Knowledge of leveraging LLMs and deploying solutions for various Gen-AI use cases.
• Strong infrastructure/technical background with knowledge of Open Systems platform and moderate information security knowledge.
• Understanding of ITIL and SRE processes and practices.
• Good leadership skills for working with application teams and service providers, defining infrastructure deployment plans, cutover/migration strategies, and test plans.
• Ability to establish infrastructure deployment standards.
• Good people management, vendor management, and project management skills.
• Agile experience; AWS certification preferred.
• Ability to create Bash/Python scripts for infrastructure deployment.
• Practicing SRE and Chaos Engineering principles.
• Understanding key SRE concepts such as Toil, SLI, SLO, Error Budgets, MTTD, MTTR, etc.
• Strong, reliable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technology teams.
