SG - Operations and Administration Officer, Asia Pacific, Invest Northern Ireland, AO

Working patterns:

The job holder will work 37.5 hours/week generally within the normal working hours at BHC Singapore of 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. On some occasions the job holder will be asked to work flexibly within their hours to help deliver out of hours events. BHC Singapore supports and promotes flexible working as a crucial part of our inclusive offering.

The role holder will have the opportunity to agree with their manager a regular working pattern that suits their personal circumstances but will be required to flex to meet operational demands.

In addition to the duties which this job normally entails, you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the High Commission, including playing a part in the corporate life of the mission and supporting any crisis response.

No accommodation or relocation expenses are payable in connection with this position. You must have or be able to obtain a local work permit which we will sponsor.

All new hires undertake a workplace induction and there are a number of mandatory e-learning courses that must be completed in order to pass probation.
