Service Technician - Biomedical Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of biomedical equipment in hospitals and clinics.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration of a variety of medical devices to uphold quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare providers.

• Provide user training and guidance to clinical staff, empowering them to maximize equipment functionality.

• Maintain thorough documentation for compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.

• Partner with our technical and product development teams to contribute insights on equipment performance and hospital-specific needs.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to biomedical equipment in healthcare environments.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma  in any related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in a service technician role, with training provided.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and calibration.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Others: Class 3 or 3A Driving License preferrable
