Service Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for 

  1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the marine engine services, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
  2. Managing the scheduling of engine maintenance, repairs, and installations
  3. Optimizing resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  4. Interfacing with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Coordinating with clients on service scheduling, updates, and issue resolution.
  5. Handling customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  6. Optimizing logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations
  7. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
