Senior Site Engineer

• JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
2. Prepare method of statement and work procedure
3. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with method of statement
4. Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work
5. Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation have complied
6. Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
7. Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on-site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
8. Prepare monthly progress report with progress photographs
9. Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
10. Organize labor, equipment, and material for day to day site activities
11. Co-ordinate with safety personnel regarding safety-related matters.
12. Co-ordinate on the submission of the incident report to the loss adjuster
13. Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining the material record. All delivery orders are to return to the office for record
14. Prepare daily report, perform and maintain inspection record.
15. Any other duties assigned

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
3. At least 4year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas Project Site.
5. Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
