Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their retail banking team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, lead a team of Premier Relationship Managers and strengthen customer relationships within a stable and reputable organization.

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management and sales strategies.
- Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and delivery of personalized financial solutions.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in branch management and/or relationship banking.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
