Senior Project Manager

1. Job Description

• Employ advanced project management skills to lead cross-functional teams to plan and manage project objectives and timelines, to ensure risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and executed for each project via formal risk assessments.
• Support input and provides commercial grounding and solutions during project development stages that combines a balance of innovation, risk management, benefit and cost.
• Set an example for project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, as well as resolving any issues/challenges.
• Act as a best in class Project Management example for the organization and subject matter expert.
• Enable dialogue with the leadership team to manage project prioritization and resource deployment on assigned projects.
• Partner with various Supply Chain Teams to drive consistent and reliable delivery on complex projects.
• Develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with internal/external stakeholders through project leadership by consistently providing on-going project communications and status updates.

2. Requirement

• Mininum Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board with more than 12 years relevant working experience at managerial level in managing multiple projects.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management.
