Responsibilities:
- Work closely with field sales to develop new leads and grow customer accounts.
- Provide support to customers and sales team before and after sales.
- Prepare quotations and offer technical support to both sales staff and customers.
- Follow up on customer complaints and attend site visits when needed.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
