Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

  • Actively seek and capitalize on new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and utilizing current client relationships.
  • Maintain an established personal client database.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and finalization.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
  • Consistently meet or surpass individual sales targets.
  • Report to the Head of Sales and collaborate on commercial initiatives and business development.
  • Submit regular CRM reports.
