Job Responsibilities :
- Assist General Manager/Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager in technical proposal and product pricing for customer during pre & post project tender stage.
- Establish relationships with designers, architects and consultants to identify opportunities to precast components for construction projects.
- Identify market trend and leads as well as competitors analysis.
- Build a network with main contractor & develop a productive relationship with them.
- Work closely with prospects and generate new opportunities related to our products.
- Provide consultancy advice with respect to product specifications.
- Create a business model which will create value selling
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years working experience in related construction industry environment, such as precast concrete construction technology & knowledge in precast concrete products design
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
- Candidate will work closely with the QS, project and production team to derive a proposal.
