Job Scope
- Partner with the Safety Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental initiatives, ensuring full compliance with Singapores Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Implement and monitor robust safety measures, driving a culture of accountability and vigilance on-site.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on safety goals and deliverables.
- Participate in daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, document observations, and ensure timely rectification of issues.
- Identify training and certification needs to meet legislative requirements and HSE guidelines.
- Gain deep insights into work-specific risks and control measures, proactively mitigating hazards.
- Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive actions.
- Oversee multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring consistent safety standards.
Requirement
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience developing a Risk Management Implementation Plan, such as bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent.
