Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products/services to potential customers

• Explain product benefits, features, and usage effectively

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations

• Drive sales by persuading and encouraging customers to make purchases

• Always maintain a professional and positive brand image

• Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples

• Set up and arrange promotional displays to attract customers

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing team

• Work closely with retail staff and supervisors to optimize sales performance

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or consumer products industry

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

• Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
