Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

Job Scope:

• Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and provide holistic financial advice.
  • Understand each clients risk appetite, financial goals, and investment preferences.
• Business Development:
  • Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
  • Drive AUM growth by deepening wallet share with existing clients and onboarding new clients.
• Investment Advisory:
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment advisors to deliver customized investment, lending, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Keep clients updated on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant opportunities.
• Compliance & Risk:
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough KYC/AML due diligence and periodic reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in all client dealings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. CFA or MBA preferred.
• Preferably with 5-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
