Recruitment Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation.

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

  • Handle daily Phone Calls and Incoming/outgoing emails.

  • Familiar with local employment act and good HR practices.

  • Work with operations department to understand job requirements and develop clear job descriptions.

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Attends recruitment seminars, job fair, and events.

  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently & with a team.

  • Any others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
