Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs and perform cost control to ensure alignment with budget.
• Conduct site visits to track progress and validate claims.
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on cost and contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts, and relevant building regulations.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Familiar with tendering procedures, BQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
