Quality Engineer (AE04)

What you will be working on

· Lead the charge in establishing and managing testing procedures and frameworks that adhere to quality standards and regulations, such as ISO.

· Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, data, and scripts to ensure our software products are of the highest quality.

· Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for testing phases.

· Perform system and performance testing to ensure our software meets and exceeds expectations.

· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automated testing tools.

· Create and manage test data in test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.

· Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.

· Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders effectively.

· Continuously improve our software testing process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new tools and techniques.

What we are looking for

· A strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

· At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly in digital services.

· In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes.

· Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, Tosca, or similar.

· Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.

· Experience with issue management and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, or similar.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

· Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and security testing methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
