QA/QC Executive Night Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Location: West

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce GMP and hygiene compliance among production workers at all times.

• Conduct sensory evaluations and prepare tasting samples for finished goods.

• Perform verification checks for raw material batching and pre-weighing; report any non-compliance.

• Submit accurate daily QC reports and ensure adherence to food safety standards and SOPs.

• Conduct in-house swab and air quality tests; coordinate with third-party labs for additional testing.

• Monitor and report pest activity; manage pest control measures in production and warehouse areas.

• Support audits (2nd & 3rd party) and ensure all production documents are complete before operations start.

• Perform in-line checks on CCPs, packaging accuracy, and finished product samples; escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Willing and able to work night shifts and weekends.

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar QC role; prior experience in the dairy industry is preferred.

• Proficient in English and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, a team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
