Production Support Engineer

• Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate potential production issues.
• Taking ownership, responding to incident tickets, and closing open incident tickets by adhering to service level agreements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an application support role
• Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries
• Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus
• Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous
• Dynamic individual with a thirst for learning
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising on work quality
• Provide 24x7 operational support for all production activities.
