You will be responsible for delivering robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes using data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the WET Etch module.

• Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technological deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions.
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly while maintaining quality and urgency.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve process stability, capability, quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and controls.
• Implement statistical process control methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.

• A bachelors degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a WET Etch process engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge.
• Experience working in a 12” fab is advantageous.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcomes.
• Goal-driven and an excellent team player who can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs.
