Children Matters

• To plan and implement the curriculum under the guidance of the Principal to ensure a well-run, purposeful, engaging and child-centered programme responsive to childrens needs and aligned to the principles spelt out in the standard ECCE Framework
• Create a learner-centered environment where children can explore, experiment, and interact to learn.
• Participate actively in assessing the needs of the children.
• Work with and support the Principal and other staff at the Centre in enhancing the quality of children educational experiences.
• Contribute ones talents and professional expertise towards the centres initiatives, educational programmes and projects.
• Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
• Create a safe learning environment and to provide the best possible care to children under their charge.
• Handing in evaluations for the week on a weekly basis on every Tuesday by 2359hrs
• Handing new lesson plans for the following week on a weekly basis on every Monday by 2359hrs
• Collation of all evaluations and lesson plan from all classes to submit to Principal
• E-Portfolio will need to be prepared with photos of the children and upload it into Little Lives every 17th of the month, once vetted by Centre Principal, then to tag the respective student
• Weekly Updates need to be prepared weekly which will contain of an activity that has been by the student for that respective week and has to be tag the child by the end of every Thursday by 2359hrs
