Personal Assistant House Manager - Japanese boss

• Working days : Daily Monday to Friday

• Location : Farrer Park

• Monthly Salary : Up to $4,500 per month

• Working Time : 9am - 6pm

Task :

- Buy breakfast for Country Head (As requested by Secretary or Country Head (CH))

- Tidy up Country Heads Room and other Bedrooms.

- Change towels inside the bathroom

- Laundry

- Grocery (As requested by Secretary or CH)

- Buy Lunch for Country Head (As requested by Secretary or CH)

- Iron clothing

- Buy dinner for Country Head (As requested by Secretary or CH)

- Clear all bins (Every end of the day)

Maintenance (Arrange)

- Swimming Pool Service - Twice per week

- Aircon Service - Bi Monthly

- Landscape - Weekly

- Pest Control - Monthly

- Booster Pump Service - Quarterly

- Security Alarm - Quarterly

Other works

- Change bedsheets - Once a week

- Mopping/ Vacuum Floor - Twice a week

- Cleaning of Utensils - Quarterly

- Wash Bed Protector & Comforter - CH on Business Trip

- Events (As requested by Secretary or CH)

Events

- Setup Event as per request by Country Head or Secretary

- Prior Event remove the wines from wine chiller as per instruction from CH Secretary. (Snap a Photo share with CH Secretary)

- After the event snap a photo of consumed and unconsumed wine. (Snap a Photo share with CH Secretary)

- Tagging of new wines and store it inside wine chiller. (Snap a Photo share with CHSecretary)

- Quarterly take photo of all wines. (Snap a Photo share with CH Secretary)

- Housekeeping after the event ended.

Requirement:

- Prior 1 year of experience

- Able to liaise in English

- Able to start work within short notice
