- Prepare monthly renewal quotes
- Responsible for processing all successful cases
- Prepare and send policy documents issued to end customers and ensure accuracy of policy information
- Perform cancellation and endorsement requests
- Maintain excellent control of master data listing for all business segments including data entry, calculation and analysis
- Responsible for submitting loan applications
- Prepare, suggest and maintain Standard Operation Procedures
- Present and propose new ideas and improvement plans
- Handle customer enquiries
- Plan and execute company events or activities
- Assist with special projects
- Take full ownership of all operational logistics
- Laise with internal and external team
- Any other ad-hoc duties
